Gravity Games
Outreach
A regional gathering of amateur astronomers hosted at the science center. I led a station about how craters on the moon are formed.
Hart Square village preserves the log structures, trades and culture around the historic structures. At this event we promoted the interactive exhibit, American Adventure; surviving 1607 Jamestown. We presented animal pelts and antique hand drill.
The Gravity Games are an opportunity for students to design and build gravity-powered cars, then race them through the streets. We brought animal friends, slime, and liquid nitrogen experiments to promote registration.
